MONDAY: Fruit and nuts + Omelette (potato, vegetables, cheese…) and salad (lettuce, carrot, tomato, avocado,…)

TUESDAY: Cucumber sticks + nuts. Red lentil cream with mixed vegetables.

WEDNESDAY: Fruit + nuts. Cold salad with brown rice, raw vegetables and tofu.

THURSDAY: Carrot sticks with hummus and nuts. “Trampo” (salad with chopped tomato, green pepper and onion) with whole-wheat bread.

FRIDAY: Fruit + nuts. Whole-wheat pasta with vegetables and vegetable protein (seitan, tofu …)

JANUARY-MARCH 2018

MONDAY: Carrot sticks with hummus of chickpeas + nuts. Vegetable quiche (without cream)

TUESDAY: Fruit + dried fruit (dried apricots, raisins, dates). Lentil stew with vegetables and potatoes

WEDNESDAY: Carrot sticks + nuts. Whole rice with vegetables and tofu

THURSDAY: Avocado + dried fruit (dried apricots, raisins, dates). Bean stew with vegetables and potatoes

FRIDAY: Fruit + nuts. Pasta with Bolognese sauce (seitan or meat)

SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER 2017

MONDAY: Fruit and nuts + Omelette (potato, vegetables, cheese…) and salad (lettuce, carrot,
tomato, avocado,…)

TUESDAY: Carrot sticks and nuts + Lentil salad with brown rice

WEDNESDAY: Fruit and nuts + Whole grain couscous sauted with vegetables and tofu

THURSDAY: Carrot sticks and nuts + Chickpea salad with tuna and vegetables

FRIDAY: Fruit and nuts + Whole grain bolognese pasta (meat or tofu)
