Fruit and nuts + Whole grain couscous sauted with vegetables and tofu

THURSDAY
Carrot sticks and nuts + Chickpea salad with tuna and vegetables

FRIDAY
Fruit and nuts + Whole grain bolognese pasta (meat or tofu)
